Repeal Day Holiday Party
Sunday, December 5, 2010 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (PST)
San Francisco, CA
Ho, Ho, Ho...
FREE AT LAST!!!
It's time to celebrate the 77th Anniversary of the day we got our right to drink back and that jolly time of year when the snow doesn't fall in San Francisco, but the temperature does...all in one party! Come join us on December 5th, 2010 as the Barbary Coast Conservancy of the American Cocktail welcomes you to the first full-blown party at The Cocktail Bill Boothby Center for the Beverage Arts!
This Holiday Fete will honor this festive day in our city's glorious cocktailian past with classic Prohibition and Pre-Prohibition cocktails as well as this festive time of year when we fire up Hot Toddy's, Tom and Jerry's and other liquid holiday treats.
Exciting bonuses include:
Period holiday nibbles supplied by Comstock Saloon.
Some of San Francisco's finest bartenders delighting us with their harrowing acts of festivity and mixicological wonderment.
Bandaliers dazzle our ears with the roaring twenties sounds of holiday cheers.
Our festive sponsors:
Campo de Encanto Pisco
The American Distilling Instute

The Boothby Center for the Beverage Arts
The Boothby Center exists to preserve the cultural heritage of saloons and their cocktails in San Francisco, while also celebrating California's culinary philosophy and tradition via special public events, publications and educational seminars. We offer Open Enrollment classes to the public as well as private classes for corporate team building, client entertainment, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties and for whatever reason you have to learn about cocktails! We also rent the facility for private events of all kinds (it is a 1300 sq ft room with a bar in it that holds up to 50 for a class and 125 for a party). For more information on private events, please email us at email@example.com.
